 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  HB 121 (title am)  (SALVAGE TIMBER SALES)            
 before the committee as the final order of business.                          
                                                                               
 SENATOR DUNCAN inquired if there were fiscal notes attached to the            
 bill.  CHAIRMAN MILLER acknowledged there was a zero fiscal note              
 from the Division of Forestry in the Department of Natural                    
 Resources.                                                                    
                                                                               
 There being no further discussion, CHAIRMAN MILLER asked for the              
 will of the committee.                                                        
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 121 (title            
 am) be approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so             
 ordered.
